January 2023 Product Update
New year, new everything. Your Finary experience changes in 2023 to bring you everything you've been waiting for and more. I'll explain it all to you, in detail.
🪨 More than 150 upgrades thanks to The Rock
The Rock is the code name we gave internally to the project that has occupied the entire Finary team for the past two months.
Why The Rock?
Because I heard your feedback, and made the decision to put in place a single, very clear priority:
To make our app and site ever more reliable, and even more robust, like the famous actor who always saves the day in the movies. And most importantly: to make your experience on Finary always perfect.
The Rock has been a big rock in our roadmap. One that our developers all spent 100% of their time on. In numbers, that's 219 commits and thousands of modified files, 250 days of work for a full-time developer (no vacation!) and over 172 hours (or 7 full days) spent testing these improvements.
You'll read about it here first, here are the most important features that you've voted for and that have been improved with The Rock:
- The Portfolio Certificate
- Portfolio sharing functionality
- Up-to-the-minute notifications of your performance
- The app's dashboard, redesigned to show your performance at a glance
- Dividend management
- Consistency of data between the app and the website, as well as between your different envelopes
- The addition of Google and Apple Sign-in for easier and more secure login to your account
- Improved graphs to avoid steep changes
- The ability to add all your properties to Predict
- Improved capital gains data for each member in Family Mode

We swept the corners, moved some pixels and aired the linens. Our talented team designed the new finary.com for a more immersive experience. Navigating between the pages is easier, and you can find more contents that appeal to you with a click or a swipe.
I want finary.com to be the to-go website for investors, so we built this new brand with you in mind: more than ever, our website is made to help manage your money easier and more conveniently than ever before. One destination to grow your empire.
