Loan Upgrades
The Finary community loves investing in real estate. The ability to borrow makes this asset class very attractive. Since our inception in 2020, the “Loans” section has been available but remained complex. Adding specific loans like step-up loans was challenging.
We started from scratch to radically simplify adding your liabilities. Our new form guides you in defining the type of loan, a key piece of information for calculating the amortization schedule to the nearest euro. If you have a step-up loan (common with bridge loans), you can add each step and the corresponding payment.
The team also used this opportunity to link loans to other assets, making calculations more precise and error messages clearer. This massive improvement covers both synchronized and manually added loans and is available on both the app and the web.
Small is Beautiful
- Fee Scanner (Web & App): Have expensive funds in your PEA? We now only display ETF alternatives compatible with PEAs.
- Passive Income (Web & App): The dividend section has transformed into "passive income" and welcomes a new addition. Rents from your rental properties are now displayed. You can filter the type of passive income as you wish!
- Notifications (App): Customize your notifications by choosing exactly what you want to receive: dividends, synchronizations, crypto investments, budget... You have full control!
- Budget Notifications (App): Monitor all your transactions with our new notification system. Set thresholds (e.g., “fees” at €100). Go to your app settings to create your rules.
