Welcome to the first edition of our Changelog. This is where we show you the latest features available on Finary. Let's go!

🕵️ Secret Mode

Want to share your Finary without showing the amounts? It is now possible with our secret fashion! Just click on the icon Eye at the top of your screen.

🏘️ Rental real estate (Finary Plus)

Rental real estate is one of the preferred investments of Finary users. You can now indicate the rents, charges and other expenses related to a property. This makes it possible to monitor the key indicators for each property.

• DSCR : rate of coverage of your monthly payment by rent excluding charges. If it is greater than 100%, you don't have to go out anything every month to repay your loan.
• Monthly gross cash flow : the cash flow generated by your investment after the repayment of your loan and your fees. If it is positive, your property pays you back every month.
• Gross profitability : (rent excluding charges x 12)/purchase price
• SORTING : the key indicator for an investment! It measures the profitability of each euro invested and takes into account flows (and therefore the credit leverage effect). Expressed as an annual percentage, this is the best way to measure real profitability!

We also took the opportunity to paint the game. Real estate!

💸 Staking on Binance/Kraken

Major trading platforms like Binance or Kraken allow you to make your cryptos work in order to generate returns. These cryptos are now visible on your Finary account and marked as such.

We manage the following scenarios:

• Kraken : staking on all cryptos
• Binance : flexible savings, locked savings and activities

DeFi staking is not yet available in the Binance API. We'll add it when it's available.

🏷️ Rename my accounts (Finary Plus)

When you synchronize an account, you often discover that banks and other investment platforms give them names that are anything but legible. The solution: rename your accounts!

🧹 Other enhancements

• More efficient boards for synchronized accounts
• Badge clearly showing if your account is synchronized or not
• Detailed explanations fees on the Insights page
• Improvement Synchronization
