With the changing of the seasons, I am excited to share with you all the new features and updates we've developed in March to make your experience with Finary even better.
The team has been hard at work to improve the functionality and usability of our platform, and I am thrilled to showcase the results of our efforts. We have been listening to your feedback, analyzing usage patterns, and conducting research to ensure that we're meeting your needs and providing a top-notch product.
Below, I'll be highlighting some of the most exciting new features that we've recently released. From SCPI's dividends to resetting your graphs, I am confident that you'll be impressed with what Finary has to offer.

🏢 Dividends for SCPI's : it's here!
I am pleased to announce a world first on Finary :
For the first time, you can access a projection of the dividends paid by your SCPI's over the next 12 months.
This revolutionary feature is made possible by our powerful algorithm, which uses historical yields, payment stability and payment frequencies to estimate future dividends with remarkable accuracy. We also handle specifics such as vesting dates and bare ownership.
Overall, we added more than 200 SCPI's to our database.
Whether you're a seasoned investor or just getting started, this tool will provide you with valuable insights into your upcoming cash-flows.
The best part? This feature is available on both our app and web platforms, so you can access it anytime, anywhere.
📈 Your graph, your choices
We all know that charts can be a powerful tool for tracking and analyzing data. I understand very well the importance of making them as useful and readable as possible. Wrong manipulations or errors in synchronization could make them more complex to use. In these cases, you had to write to our support to have the data removed.
Now you have the power: our edit my graphs feature allows you to customize your charts like never before.
You'll be able to remove spikes or outliers that may be skewing your data and adjust your graphs to better reflect your financial situation. If you're not happy with the direction your graph is going, you can reset it completely and start over with a new data set.
I know how important accurate and informative graphs are for making financial decisions, and I'm confident this feature will help you get the most out of your data. However, be careful when editing your charts: once a data point is deleted, it cannot be restored.
💻 Little changes. Big wins.
That's not all! The team not only improved existing features and fixed bugs, but also devoted extensive efforts to other topics such as:
Purchase prices: You can now edit the buying price for linked accounts directly via the App.
- ISIN codes: With just one click, you can now easily copy the ISIN code of any ETF or stock on the dividend page. Plus, we’ve made it super easy for you to filter dividends from Stocks, ETFs, or SCPI.
- SCPI ownership: We extended the functionality of your SCPI. If you have the same SCPI in both bare ownership (nue propriété) & full ownership (pleine propriété), they are no longer merged.
Help section: Ever had issues finding help? On the top right of the settings screen, you can now easily navigate to our help desk. There you can find answers to the frequently asked questions, as well as reach out to our team to get help.
