Our process consists of 5 steps:
- Job Fit: review of your application during a call with the hiring manager
- Case Study: to be completed remotely
- Team Fit: meet 3 team members you will work with
- Co-founder Fit: meet Julien and Mounir
- Offer: we make you an offer
The process generally takes 4 to 5 weeks, but this depends on the position and availability.
Our offices are located in the heart of Paris, but Finary is a hybrid and flexible company. We offer remote work depending on the role. Our team is spread across Europe.
