September 2025 Product Update

September was a big month for us - between our €25M Series B and the acquisition of Affluent, Finary made quite a few headlines. Our team, which keeps growing every day, remains laser-focused on our mission: empowering investors. Here’s what you may have missed.

👀 Track your Finary Life transactions directly in the app

Many of you have subscribed to a Finary Life insurance policy, and one of your top requests has been to get more visibility into your Generali investments.

That’s now possible — you can follow all the transactions made on your contract (one-off payments, scheduled contributions, withdrawals, etc.) directly in the “Stocks & Funds” section.

The team is already working on the next updates for Finary Life: soon, management actions will be available directly on our platform. We’re also developing a one-of-a-kind self-directed management option — more details coming soon…

💡 Be the first to know about your synchronization status

We’re introducing more transparency about the status of your banks and platforms. You’ll now see alerts if one of your connections encounters a problem.

Each institution will now display one of three statuses:

🟢 Operational – Everything is running smoothly
🟠 Unstable – Temporary connection issues detected
🔴 Incident – More than 50% of synchronizations are failing

These statuses are updated in real time, based on the synchronization success rate across all Finary users. This collective intelligence approach is a key step toward greater transparency and smoother account synchronization.

We’re also working on new improvements — for example, automatically notifying you once your institution is back online.

🔒 Safe and secure, always

Your data security is our top priority. Finary is built like a vault for your financial information. As our visibility grows, we’ve noticed an increase in fraudulent attempts from individuals posing as our team members.

From now on, all emails from Finary will display the blue Verified Brand checkmark, ensuring that we are indeed the sender.

This checkmark appears in email clients like Gmail. Please note that our team will never ask you to initiate deposits or withdrawals, make purchases or sales, or grant remote access to your computer. To learn more, check out this article.
