Finary is now MiCA-regulated
Today, Finary has obtained its MiCA licence, granted by the French financial market authority (AMF). A major new milestone that makes Finary one of the very few European platforms to bring stock and crypto investing together, under one roof, fully regulated.

What MiCA is, and why it matters
On July 1, 2026, MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets), Europe's new framework for crypto-assets, takes full effect. The rule is simple: every platform offering crypto services must hold a licence, or stop operating.
